JFS License change

Hi - Atlassian Partner, been trying to reach you via mail and phone. I'll try here also :-)

One of our customers had their Jira server ID change during an upgrade, and their license is now invalid. I would like to change the server ID for them, but I can't see how.

Can you assist?
