Big amount of issue change history records

We have about 192,000 issue change history records to update at " Administration->Field Security->Update History Entries to update issue change history records" page.

So doing it 1,000 or even 10,000 (URL hack) at once will take time .

Is there way to update all records with default settings at once ?
