Manage Dashboards / Popular issues hangs

We run version 4.4.5. When the plugin is enabled and a user goes to Dashboards - Manage Dashboards - Popular, the page seems to hang. If you logout or browse to Online help, you can see the content for a split second and then use the browser back button to see the result permanently.

It seems the issue only happens to users, who are denied access to time tracking. When the plugin is disabled the issue goes away.

Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

It is all turned to off. It sees to be the only page affected.

check "Block Unknown URLs" option

Hi! First of all please check "Block Unknown URLs" option at JFS Settings page at JIRA Administration and make sure it is set to OFF. Is this the only page that does not work properly?
