Update History Entries problem

Hi,

We are having an issue when reinstalling your plugin after upgrading to JIRA 5.

We are creating a new JIRA instance and importing all our data. When we reinstall Field Security and go to the Update History Entries screen, we have over 600,000 entries to update:

- Field Security Plugin - Update Issue Change History Items
- Displaying first 1000 of 632536 entries

Obviously at 1000 entries per page this is going to take a long time to get updated! Is there some other way we can do this process?

I should mention that we're installing JFS on a new 5.1.8 JIRA install that has an import from our live 4.4.4 install in it. The 4.4.4 install already has JFS installed.

All our other plugins have the configuration stored in the DB and it was there when we reinstalled the plugins again. So shouldn't this mapping for JFS be imported as well?
