Hi All!

We have problems with encoding in JIRA after enabling JIRA Field Security Plugin.

Look at screenshot: http://yadi.sk/d/C1WlS-Nm2uh_k

Russian text changes to abracadabra.
Encoding table is Unicod UTF-8.

Disabling of plugin resolves problem.
plugin version: 1.4.10_51
JIRA v.5.1.4#783-sha1:a7d8d2c

What to do?

I've tried to gather log for you.

http://quisapps.com/confluence/display/JFS/Troubleshooting#Troubleshooti...
what's mean "SOAP or XML-RPC API"?

I didn't understand and saved two logs:
- with "Dump Request & Response Data to File" option ON;
- and without.

atlassian-jira.log:
http://yadi.sk/d/mrrTrNpM2xAUS - option OFF
http://yadi.sk/d/WCxmx5kx2xAzQ - option ON

Also I haven't found application server log file: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16121981
I haven't found application server log file in the logs\stdout_*.log file in my JIRA Installation Directory.

path "C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log" contains only:
atlassian-jira.log
atlassian-jira-incoming-mail.log
atlassian-jira-security.log
