Hidden worklog entries are visible using "A permanent link to this workflow"

Hello

I've detected that hidden worklog entries are visible using "A Permanent link to this workflow"

E.g.
1. Field security scheme is configured, Time Tracking --> deny all for user is specific project role

2. User from this role does not see worklog entries in standard view, this is OK

3. However if he open link from "A permanent link to this workflow", he will see all workflow entries
(e.g. if another user with ability to view worklogs sends him this link)
