Problem with umlaut

Hi,

we have Jira in version 6.0.7 and made a install from "Field Security Plugin" jfs-1.4.17_60.jar and the update to jfs_jira_6.0.7_patch_1.2.4.zip.

We have many problems with umlaut.

Do you have a solution for this?
