How to transfer security permissions to issues being displayed in Confluence

I have JFS blocking a number of custom fields in JIRA. However, those fields appear to not be blocked - easily - if at all when issues are displayed in Confluence. Can the JFS permissions transfer through the Confluence JIRA macro?

P.S. Sorry if this has been asked, I couldn't find a search the forum option.

Do you use the same user account when accessing JIRA from Confluence? What are your JIRA/JFS/Confluence versions?
